KCK Managing Partner Kevin Karpinski Inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers

The firm is pleased to congratulate its managing partner, Kevin Karpinski, on his induction into the American College of Trial Lawyers. Kevin is a seasoned trial attorney with years of experience handling complex and sensitive matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts. While he specializes in civil rights and employment litigation, his practice includes general civil litigation, election law, and local government law.

Kevin was inducted at the spring meeting of the American College Trial Lawyers. Founded in 1950, the College limits admission to no more than one percent of the trial lawyers in any state and is the pre-eminent professional organization for trial attorneys.
