Biography: Olivia Carrara is an associate at Karpinski, Cornbrooks, and Karp, P.A. where she assists the firm in their litigation practice. Prior to joining Karpinski, Cornbrooks, and Karp, P.A., Ms. Carrara worked for a plaintiff’s side employment law firm in Washington, D.C. where she litigated cases involving discrimination, retaliation, and harassment under federal and state statutes.

Ms. Carrara graduated from American University Washington College of law’s evening J.D. program. While in law school, Ms. Carrara joined her school’s law review where her comment on the Religious Freedom Restoration Act was published in the Journal of Gender, Social Policy, and the Law. Ms. Carrara also participated in a clinic where she worked to assist incarcerated people in probationary appeals.

In Ms. Carrara’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 3-year-old corgi and baking.
